A review step, not an import guarantee.
Checks cover CSV structure, selected required fields, exact duplicate SKUs and option combinations, non-negative prices, and image URL presence. Extra image rows and legacy Shopify headers are supported.
Other columns, inventory, taxes, store configuration, image availability, and existing products are not validated. Duplicate SKUs and missing images are review warnings, not claims that Shopify will reject your file. Exported reports include only the displayed checks.
